I'm Charlene, I'm a Mum and Hypnobirthing Instructor and I'm so happy you're here!!
I discovered hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my son, Parker and I absolutely fell in love with it! It felt so empowering taking control and educating myself about pregnancy, my body, labour, birth, and it gave myself and my husband the confidence to go into birth feeling informed and excited.
I knew from then on, that I wanted to teach other expectant parents how to prepare for a positive birth where they can feel confident and absolutely BOSS it!! Knowledge is power and all that jazz! I know that sounds cheesy but it truly is. Educating yourself about birth is one of the most important things you can do to prepare for that little bundle of joys arrival.
Hypnobirthing has given me tools that I still use to this day when life gets a little stressful and let's be honest, life can be overwhelming, especially with a new baby on the scene. The good thing is, you'll have your tools up your sleeve when you need them.
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I have helped lots of lovely Mama's and Dada's have a positive birth experience that they will look back on for the rest of their lives with joy. When they're 80, they can tell that story with a smile on their face and that's what it's all about for me.

Hypnobirthing?
Sometimes its better starting out with what its NOT! It's not some crazy woo woo nonsense. It's not the promise of a pain free birth. It's not only for all natural, unmedicated births. And you won't be clucking like a chicken either!!
Hypnobirthing combines antenatal education, birth preparation, hypnosis and relaxation techniques to help you cope during your labour and birth. It essentially gives you a tool kit so that you can actually reframe your mind, work with your body and confidently deal with whatever direction your birth takes so that you can absolutely BOSS your birth!

1:1 Hypnobirthing courses from the comfort of your own home. Sit back and relax in your own familiar space and we will delve into your hypnobirthing practice and birth preparation. This can be delivered online via zoom or in person. Drift off to dreamland at the end of our sessions with a lovely relaxation script.
